This course is for bird of prey professionals who need to establish an annual staff appraisal system to meet their legal obligations under a licencing regime (AAL and / or Zoo Licence).

Regular staff appraisals are essential for any organisation. For AAL Licence holders this is a condition of your licence. This applies even if you are a one-person operation with no employees.

Failure to produce your staff records on demand by an Inspector could contribute to the loss or temporary suspension of your licence. Why take the risk of non-compliance?

For other licence schemes staff training and development are either compulsory or highly recommended.
